30^th  of January 2026  – paper submission (if you opt for full paper publication)

Certain extension of deadlines will be possible, but we will be bound by the publisher.

 

24^th  of April 2024 – last day for paying the fee for the paper to be published in the Transportation Research Procedia and for being included in the Book of abstracts

 

8^th and 9^th of June 2026 – conference at the Grand Hotel Bernardin, Portoroz, Slovenia
