• Please use the TRPRO template
• All submissions will be peer-reviewed by  international reviewers. The papers will be published in Transportation Research Procedia. 

 

Presentation

• The official conference language is English
• Around 20 minutes (+ 15 for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion)

 

Conference programme

• Will be available by the end of May 2026

 

Conference fee

• One payment is for one participant with one paper/abstract
• If co-authors want to participate they can pay the general conference fee (all benefits included) or accompanying person fee (no materials included)
• At least one conference fee per paper must be paid by 1 May 2026 in order to present and publish the contribution
