The submission and review of abstracts and papers for the ICTS 2022 will be managed through “Easy Chair” – online conference contributions submission system. Please use this link to acces the ICTS EasyChair announcement pr this link to directly submit your abstract/paper.

The official conference language is English. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by  international reviewers. Use the provided templates! A single author can participate in up to two papers, irrespectively of the number of  co-authors per paper.

 

Abstract

  • by 26th of November 2021
  • text-only, up to 250 words
  • at least 3 (max  5)  keywords
  • mark the conference topic
  • use this template

 

Full paper

  • by 4th of March 2022 (if abstract has been accepted)
  • max 8 pages including abstract, figures, tables and references
  • use this template

 

Presentation

  • max 15 minutes (10 for presentation, 5 for discussion)

 

Conference fee

  • one payment is for one participant with one paper 
  • if co-authors want to participate they can pay the general conference fee (all benefits included) or accompanying person fee (no materials included)
  • at least one conference fee per paper must be paid by 11th of May 2022 in order to publish and present the paper

Conference programme

  • will be available by the mid of May 2022, but can be a subject to minor changes before the conference
  • final conference programme will be delivered at least one week before the conference
